Wrist locks (ouch) 03 September 2009
Greetings again. Today was Wrist Lock Day... Yay! For the orange belt syllabus we basically have show a multitude of wrist locks, which I will detail below. Today I learned 3 wrist locks/escapes. If I learn more I will post them here.

A bit about me... 02 September 2009
Hello everyone and welcome to my first blog entry! The main aim of this blog is to kind of keep a running diary of my Jujitsu classes and to let you all know of it - hopefully you might find it useful and learn something as well :D
I first started learning Jujitsu in October 2008, so I still a bit of a novice at it but I'm getting there... I'm currently graded in the yellow belt (that was August 2009) and am now learning the orange belt syllabus. The syllabus for all my belts I've done (and am learning at the moment) can be found in the syllabus section. I'm currently taking 3 lessons a week. Mondays are with my friend Craig, where we do a mixture of arts, some kickboxing/sparring and Jujitsu. He trains in the same Jujitsu as me and is a 1st Dan black belt - Recently became a personal trainer and has set up an exercise class. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are with my sensei Les, details of the class can be found here (in case you are local folk to Bristol/Swindon).
